Terms and Conditions for Oneness Wellness Lifestyles Elite Retreat in Hawaii

1. Booking and Payment
a. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat cost is required to secure your booking.
b. Full payment is due 15 days prior to the retreat start date.
c. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by Oneness Wellness Lifestyles.

2. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
b. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
c. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat.
d. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

3. Changes and Cancellations by Oneness Wellness Lifestyles
a. We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat program if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
b. In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.
c. Oneness Wellness Lifestyles is not responsible for any travel expenses or hotel stays incurred due to retreat cancellation.

4. Health and Wellness
a. Participants are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to the retreat.
b. While we strive to accommodate all needs, we reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may jeopardize the individual's health or the group's experience.
c. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk and are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider before the retreat.

5. Liability
a. Oneness Wellness Lifestyles is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.
b. Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival.

6. Conduct
a. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff, other participants, and the local community.
b. We reserve the right to terminate participation without refund for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Accommodations
a. Hotel recommendations and Room choices are made at your discretion. While we make accommodation suggestions, these cannot be guaranteed.
b. Room supplements are available per each hotel policy for an additional fee, subject to availability.

8. Privacy
a. Any personal information shared during the retreat, including in group sessions, is to be kept confidential by all participants.
b. Oneness Wellness Lifestyles may take photographs or videos during the retreat for marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included should notify us in writing before the retreat.

9. Intellectual Property
a. All materials provided during the retreat are the intellectual property of Oneness Wellness Lifestyles and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Force Majeure
a. Oneness Wellness Lifestyles is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Honolulu, HI/United States of America].

By making a booking for the Oneness Wellness Lifestyles Elite Retreat in Hawaii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
